4. Exchange and return of goods

4.1 In accordance with the law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt.

4.2 If the Buyer decides to withdraw within this period, the conditions set out below must be met:

 - Contact the seller at robert-riedl@tiscali.cz

 - Deliver the goods to the Seller's address with the purchase receipt number.

 - Goods sent and delivered back to the Seller's address must be undamaged, complete, including accessories and all documents provided. Do not send goods on delivery - they cannot be collected. We recommend that you insure the goods.

 - In the event of failure to comply with any of the above, the seller has the right to refuse the returned goods or to reduce the amount for which the goods will be accepted back proportionately.

4.3 The Seller undertakes to refund the purchase price paid to the Buyer within thirty days of cancellation. If the buyer is no longer able to return the goods in their original condition, or if the value of the goods has already been reduced (partial wear and tear), the buyer is obliged to compensate the missing value in money - in practice this is done by way of a set-off against the seller's returned purchase price, which is therefore paid to the consumer at the reduced value.
If the goods have been damaged by the carrier, report and claim this situation immediately upon receipt. We can no longer take into account later complaints.
